MEETING LOCATION CHANGES
Due to extended St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, we will not be able to meet at Kilarneys in March. Meetings on March 3 and March 17 ( 6:00 PM start) will be held at Cactus Cantina on 151 E Alesandro Blvd in Riverside. Go south on Rt 215 to the 215/60/91 split. Follow rt 215/60 south, then exit at Alesandro and turn right. You will pass Cactus Cantina on your left. Make a U-turn at Trautwein. You can visit the Cactus Cantina at www.cactuscantina.org
Because of the difficulty of conducting board meetings at Kilarneys, we are actively considering a new permanent location. Watch for an announcement on the website and in next month’s newsletter. Or better yet, contact Craig Rothage with your suggestions.

Where's the Bear?
Contest for March and April
Each week our Sitzmarker Bear will be hidden somewhere in the website. Once you find him, write down the location and submit your entry to Craig Rothage either by email or on a sheet of paper. One entry per week. By election night, you could have 7 enteries into the contest. Last day to find the bear is April 18th. Prizes will be given out election night.

ELECTIONS FOR 2010/2011 EXECUTIVE BOARD
it's time to start thinking about who will be on our next Executive Board.
Nominations will be held at the General Meeting on April 7th.
1. You do not have to be in attendance to be nominated, if you would like to run for an office, please let a current E Board member know so that they can make sure you are nominated.
2. You can nominate yourself for an office.
3. The Election Committee will contact all nominees within the next two weeks to discuss the position/s for which you were nominated. You can decline or accept at this time.
4. You can only run for one office; if you were nominated for more than one office, let the Election Committee know which position you would like to run for.
Elections will be held at the General Meeting on April 21st.
1. The Election will be opened by the Election Committee
2. Nominations for write-in candidates will be accepted at this time
3. Nominations will be closed.
4. Each nominated candidate will be allowed to make a campaign speech
5. After the speeches are completed, the ballots will be passed out.
6. The member's name will be checked against the current Membership Roster and the ballot will be issued to the member.
7. The completed ballots will be collected by the Election Committee.
8. The ballots will be counted and the new Executive Board will be introduced.
The New Executive board will begin their duties on May 1st. 2010.
